Word. I hate everything Eagle so much that it led me to not wanting to buy anything from SRAM ever again. All I had was awful experiences.

Every time I see racers with the phone in their pocket I wonder... can't they leave it to someone for 5 minutes and grab it later? I would be so concerned of destroying it in case of a crash, and with modern phones being quite large it feels quite bulky especially in skinsuit pants. Legit question :)

I don't know, reviewer said that after receiving a new unit everything was fine. I would be OK for a 1.0 version to maybe expose some problems; on the other hand I have purchased products from well established manufacturers that did suck out of the box without any fix or workaround.
Maybe I am biased because the EXT Storia I run has been the best I have ever felt on a rear shock.
