Check Out: the Lightest Bashguard, Smallest Pump, Tiniest Tire Plug, & More
Coming from a gen 6 slash, I’m just in awe that a bag that big will fit in anyone’s frame storage hole.

First Ride: the Trek Slash+ Sets a High Bar
This thing is 46lbs, just like my proper slash is 34.5. I call BS. After putting on suitable parts, my Slash is 38.

It was the SRAM Transmission clutch. I haven’t heard of a single chain drop on a bike without Transmission.

Video: The Return of Psychosis
@loganwilliams: I hear you on the logistics. I’ve shot photos for bike races and ski comps and all of what you said is true. You don’t want to have the exact same shot of every lady but you make a move and half the category is gone because it’s so small. It’s tough. Throw in any glitches and you might come away with very little usable content. I didn’t mean to come off as portraying the official stance of the entire cycling club, but the fact is that many people feel like the female side didn’t come across as substantial as it was, for whatever reasons. Of course the list they gave you is light on females as well. And did the script specifically say to make sure to capture the female side of things (even disproportionately)? There’s probably many reasons why it didn’t show the female side the way many experienced it, it’s just a shame that’s how it went. Personally, in practice I was rallying with lots of ladies, contemplating features with them, seeing big crews get hyped when their lady friends ticked off the road gap, the event planner and host was female, and the turnout was not a small number (even if it was compared to guys). My post was not an attack on you, but to say that many people’s expectations were different. But we all had different experiences at the event, so, there’s that. I think going forward, the club might need to emphasize that female content is a priority, and on the media side, it seems like since we all know the challenges of capturing a small category, a deliberate effort needs to be made to get the shots needed (invite a female to the pre race day shoot, don’t change positions during female category, etc). Thanks for coming out, filming, and putting in the effort to make a sweet film.
