Born and raised in Bend, OR, Carson Storch has grown up in the shadow of Mt. Bachelor and has been influenced by this region since childhood. As Carson rose through the ranks of professional mountain biking to become one of the world's best, he never lost sight of the region that shaped him as a rider. From helping create internationally acclaimed local events, building trails, and customizing his backyard to facilitate his riding, Carson has elevated the mountain bike scene for his hometown. We are proud to celebrate Carson and his riding style with this new Collection featuring his custom Thrillium jersey and gloves.

"I grew up racing/riding moto, and it is something I am still passionate about. While designing this jersey I was influenced by some of the early retro moto jerseys. I think we came up with a good balance of old school retro moto, with a modern clean look." - Carson Storch

The Thrillium Glove is a lightweight, moisture wicking glove with an outseamed Pittards sheep leather palm that provides exceptional grip and a minimalist feel for full bar control

bigquotesThe Mad Excavator is a design drawn up by my good friend KC Badger. I spend a lot of time moving dirt in machines, building my own lines to film/practice on. I went to KC for a design for a Red Bull helmet, and the Mad Excavator was part of a package he created, but was never used on the helmet. I thought it was a perfect logo representing my brand, so we threw it on the Jersey. It is a representation of my passion for moving dirt, as well as shredding it!Carson Storch

Sheep leather, I love it. I wish more products were made out of animals instead of petroleum. It’s about using more than just an animals meat as food - wearing them is awesome.

The petrol is still in there...what do you think makes them "4 way stretch"?
I do agree that real leather should be used in more glove palms though. Way more durable.

I know sheep aren’t very smart , but it’s not cool to use the pittarded ones for gloves.

Ewe have to try it to believe it

@scary1: I use their meat for food, their bones for broth, their wool for clothes and their mouths as a lawnmower...may as well use the rest of em for something.

Font logo makes wearer look like a Dodger fan. Not to my arbitrarily arrived-at taste

The readersheep will no doubt excercise their censorsheep powers over this comment, but one half of that shirt looks like a pyjama.

It’s great that Dakine put out their first not boring as shit jersey since 2018, but why do they get a new advertorial for every shirt? They had one of these last week for their boring line up. Maybe just one advertorial a season per company selling. Overpriced clothes?

When Dakine moved from Hood River to SoCal Ghetto.....it seemed like the vibe changed (ya think?)

@Starsky686 Are you really complaining about a company producing some sick edits featuring Aggy, Vanderham and Carson for you to watch?
  • 1 0
@hellanorcal: to be clear, Dakine acquisition was split, JR286 in torrance (so cal ghetto as you coin it) and they only control Dakine gear bags and straps, etc, hardgoods....and the biggest chunk of Dakine. I think the apparel side (surf, bike, snow) went to boulder, to global brands group or something.

Even this one is very "just ok". Nothing new for Dakine

@gstoke: no I’m complaining about their boring ass bike apparel, not any videos. Almost positive I didn’t type video ( or “sick edit”) in my comment at all.

Their clothes are pretty boring and this is the second advertisement on the front page this week. Dakine has gone to shit since their latest acquisition, it’s sad.

Just got a pair of the Aggy version; one of the thumbs and one of the pointer fingers are messed up/weirdly tight. Not super impressed but hey, they were on sale

I've had plenty of Dakine gloves too, and yes, the seams are usually off on at least one finger so that it runs down the middle of your finger instead of on the side. The velcro doesn't last long before it doesn't stick. Quality could definitely be better.

Looks a lot like the Pit Viper one.

I can confirm the minimalist feel of sheep skin for full bar control

What Carson calls "retro-moto" I called high school. Just need a mullet, Oakley blades and Pantera to go full style send.

Anyone know where those trails are in Pacific City? Nothing on Trailforks…

I think someone doesn't know the difference between "Retro-Moto" and "Dodgers Throwback Jersey"

I Love that my puppy MARVIN made it into one of the photos. And the Storch gear looks good too.

90 bucks just seems like a bit for jerseys.

Doesn`t need to be a negative thing, but to me it appears, as if he has always been wearing this jersey.
