PRESS RELEASE: Chromag Bikes
Chromag apparel is in for 2024! We waited for some nice weather then we grabbed the cameras, the bikes, and our newest apparel to show you what we've made! You can find the newest items here or scroll through for our highlights.

PANTS

Is it for serious rides or casual rides?

photo

The Seton is our new lightweight pant designed for pedaling days where you want a bit more coverage than shorts. These pants tick the boxes for function and form. 4 way stretch, laser cut venting, and stretchy mesh cuffs make these ideal for a full day in the saddle. Round that out with zipper fly, chino style zip pockets and muted graphics make these just as capable for casual outings or full days in the boardroom.

JERSEYS

We've taken some time to refresh the look and feel of our favourite jerseys. The Dominion and Mission now feature a softer and more breathable fabric to make a jersey that you will love wearing. The design team collaborated with 3x Rampage winner Kurt Sorge to create a limited run of the Dominion jersey. A special thank you to Tom Bunney for creating the Creature Graphic!
You can find the Dominion Jersey here.

The Mission jersey gets the same updates as the Dominion this year. The difference is the 3/4 sleeves. Joe is baring forearms in the Charcoal Heather colourway.

Still waiting for ebike specific clothes... it seems the belly area runs too small on most riding jerseys.

True classic needs to get on this!

I believe Ralph MTB apparel covers that. At least on the trails I've seen.

Go buy some Moto jerseys., There are plenty of chubby motocrossers. Cheaper too.

For any vertically challenged folk who struggle to find a riding pant that fits short legs nicely. I ordered a pair of the Seton pants about a month ago in a 32 waist and they fit perfect. I’m 5’7” with a 28-29” inseam. Every other pant I’ve bought recently are way too long and end up fitting super baggy and having them hemmed sucks as then the leg proportions are all off.

butt how do you like the Seton those pants

I bought (and returned) a chromag riding tee because it fitted like a dress in a size small on my 5'5 figure. Pant inseam is the least of my worries!
  • 1 0
Additionally - the sizing chart would suggest you are wrong as it says the inseam on the 32 is 31" - I would be in the size 28 for both inseam (I am 29" inseam) and waist but if you are right they would be running pretty short on my pins.

Looking at the photos they do look pretty short on the models shown though.

@paulskibum: Yah my personal experience of actually owning them, and wearing them is wrong… makes total sense.

Im aware the inseam listed on their site says 31” for the size 32. However, after seeing the riders in their photos, they sit quite high above the ankle. The length on my short legs is more like a standard length pant, but with the overall slimness/fit they are perfect and not baggy or too long all.

Much better than a current 32 waist TLD pant, which could be pulled up to my arm pits and still be too long.

@qman11: I wasnt saying your experience was wrong - I am actually thinking that the Chromag sizing is wrong. My legs are broadly the same length as yours but my waist needs me to go to a size listed as two inches shorter which I then worry means the dimensions are off in the same way as you describe for the stupid long pants.

Clothing sizing is stupid - when I find things that fit me I always amazed and should just buy up all available stock.

 Love all my Chromag gear.

For real, I have a pair of their shorts that is outlasting a lot of other things I own and super comfortable

Love the jerseys you guys made a few years ago in both long and short sleeve because they were traditional 3 rear pocket (and a zippered key pocket) and a full length front zip. Great colors too. Winning formula that only seems available in tight fitting XC cuts and cheezy road patterns these days.

-its black
-it has long sleeves
-its cheap

These make excellent biking jerseys, no logo, comfy, & quality construction. Cheap as well. www.blankshirts.ca/t-shirts/raglan-baseball-t-shirts/the-authentic-t-shirt-company/s3526-atc-pro-team-baseball-jersey

@fattire4evr: here is another one that I've grabbed from a local screen printing shop to use riding: t-shirt.ca/42400-gildan-performance-long-sleeve-t-shirt Pretty similar but a solid colour.
