THE SPACE
We are a small, intimate restaurant so the maximum reservable party size is 6. Any larger party inquiries can be made via email. Reservations are encouraged to help with preparation, but walk-ins are more than welcome!

We source our ingredients from Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. With a focus on seasonality, fermentation, and preservation, these are our offerings. Thank you for joining us.
At Pietramala we put produce first so there’s no processed food or drink provided. We have rotating non-alcoholic offerings and currently operate as a BYOB. We are willing and able to accommodate any outside beverage.
