Two pedestrians were killed, including a 22-month-old girl, and three others were injured in traffic crashes in Philadelphia over the weekend, police said. The girl and her mother and sister were struck by a driver Saturday night in North Philly – not long after another man suffered a head injury after being struck in North Philly. Another man was killed in a hit-and-run on Sunday morning in Frankford.

Lee Maniatis, the chief operating officer of MARK 1 Restoration, was charged for his alleged role in a bribery scheme involving a $58 million project at 30th Street Station.
