Police seek 2nd suspect allegedly involved in fatal shooting at West Philly block party
Philadelphia police are seeking to arrest Amir Jones, 30, for his alleged role in the block party shooting that left three people dead and six others wounded early Sunday morning in Carroll Park. Police already have charged Tahir Shoatz, 28, with homicide and aggravated assault for his alleged role in the gunfight.July 24, 2024
