I really never thought that I would have a big following for just doing basic home maintenance. I started recording videos so that a helper I was working with could go back and reference them as he continued his path to become a journeyman air conditioning technician.

My background is in primarily heating ventilation and air conditioning and that is which I am licensed in where I hold a master license in Maryland. However I do a lot of plumbing and general handyman repairs as I am stationed in a property with a 150 condominiums that rely on me for basic maintenance.
