It’s clients and supporters online. We have the greatest job on the planet — we actually can help people make a difference. It’s the most rewarding and profound profession and I’m so grateful I can be a small part of their journey. Why do you love to sweat? It’s an instant feeling of gratification and achievement that you did something positive for yourself. It’s an instant reward! What words do you live by?“If it was easy, everyone would do it, it’s the hard that makes it great.”What makes you a kick-a$$ Oxygen Ambassador? The fuel that drives me in life is helping others. This industry is saturated with self love, and that can be a great thing if used in a positive way. However, it can be more saturated in being helpful towards others. Fitness is about being selfless. What tools can you use in order to help others achieve their goals and aspirations? Being a Director or Group Fitness, personal trainer, International Master trainer for Technogym, and writer allows my ability to share knowledge and positivity to help motivate others to become the best version of themselves. The way you can help others look and more importantly feel better, gives you more value and greater self worth than anything. It gives you purpose and continues to keep the passion alive. Being a strong and independent female, I am able to use my attributes to spread a message to women that showing less will give more. Surrounding yourself in fitness and in the right mindset can make anything happen!
