Our second-generation AMD Scale range is based on Zen4 architecture. The Scale-a2 features an AMD EPYC 9004 series processor with 24 high frequency cores, which offers better performance than the previous generation, as well as optimised density, allowing us to reduce the energy consumption of our Scale servers. This makes the server a preferred solution for complex, resource-intensive workloads – virtualisation, big data, etc.
In addition, the AMD Infinity architecture is integrated with AMD Infinity Guard technology, providing advanced security features, such as Secure Encrypted Virtualization (SEV), Secure Nested Paging (SNP), Secure Memory Encryption (SME), Shadow Stak and Secure Boot. This is why the Scale server is perfect for meeting your confidential computing needs.
