Stillwater police seek help identifying suspect in debit card misuse case

STILLWATER, OK (KOKH) — Do you know him? The Stillwater Police Department (SPD) needs help identifying the suspect in the pictures. Investigators said he is wanted in connection to an unauthorized use of a debit card on July 5.

According to SPD, the photos were captured at one of the businesses he used the card.

The suspect is described as a white male of medium build, wearing a light-colored button-up shirt, shorts, and flip-flops. He has longer blonde hair pulled back behind his ears, with a portion tied up on top of his head. He also has scruffy facial hair with a full mustache and wears an earring on his left ear lobe. - SPD
