Small private plane crashes in Stillwater, officials investigate

STILLWATER, OKLA. (KOKH) — Oklahoma State University Police and other agencies are investigating a small private plane crash that happened over the weekend near the dam at Lake Carl Blackwell.

Officials said the plane is not affiliated with the university.

The passengers were taken to the Stillwater Medical Center and were treated and released, according to university police.

The area was closed for the investigation and officials asked residents to avoid the dam area directly south of Camp Redlands.
