Holdenville police respond to late night party turned violent on EW 131 Road

HOLDENVILLE, OKLA (KOKH) — The Holdenville Police Department (HPD) responded to a large party that became potentially violent early in the morning on Sunday.

According to HPD, their department was requested for mutual aid from the Hughes County Sheriff's Office (HCSO).

The incident occurred near EW 131 Road at approximately 2:00 a.m.

A party at the residence sparked a fight with guns allegedly involved.

Both HPD officers and HSCO deputies remained on the scene until everyone left the property safely.
