Bukayo Saka's girlfriend was elated on Saturday, 6 July after the footballer helped secure England a place in the Euro semi-finals after an epic penalty shootout. It comes three years after the football star missed his penalty during the Euro final against Italy, with many now labelling this as his 'redemption'.
The nation went wild on Saturday afternoon after the Three Lions beat Switzerland in a tense penalty shootout, which saw them score all five, while their opponents only managed three. This landed England a place in the semi-finals of the Euro 2024, with Saka bagging the Man of the Match cup having played a vital role in the match as he scored the third penalty.
His stunning girlfriend, Tolami Benson could be seen standing in the Dusseldorf Arena, Germany as she nervously watched her beau step up to take the penalty. She had her hands together, signifying a prayer while boasting a red cap and England scarf in support.
After the triumphant win, Tolami was overjoyed as she was reunited with her footballer boyfriend. She lovingly threw her arms around him with a wide grin following the quarter-final match as they celebrated his success in the stands.
In another snap, Tolami had her arms around Saka's neck as they lovingly caught up on the incredible moment in his ever-expanding career. The doting girlfriend couldn't keep her hands off her man as she beamed with pride and shared several affectionate moments, including a side hug as they held each other close.
Following the match, Tolami took to Instagram to applaud her beau's success even further and posed in the stand as she held his Man of the Match cup. She added the caption: "My baby’s baby."
She was flooded with support and was even labelled "WAG of the season" by one fan. Another commented: "We are ever so proud of your baby!"

Speaking of his penalty during the quarter-final, Saka told BBC Sport: "I think for me, it's something I embrace," as he spoke about overcoming the loss during the Euros 2020. He added: "You can fail once but you have a choice whether you put yourself in that position again and I'm a guy who is going to put myself in that position.
"I believed in myself and when the ball hit the net I was a very happy man."
