HGTV star Jasmine Roth has put her custom two-story home in the Lake Park neighborhood of downtown Huntington Beach on the market for $6.45 million.

Built on nearly a quarter-acre lot just four blocks from the ocean in 2020, the modern farmhouse-style residence spans 4,554 square feet with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Records show the host of HGTV’s “Hidden Potential” and “Help! I Wrecked My House” and her husband, Brett, purchased the property in May 2016 for $700,000 through an LLC.

The couple demolished the property’s original single-story, traditional-style home and built the current one from the ground up, with meticulous craftsmanship and designer finishes throughout.

“Putting the ‘Roth Homestead’ up for sale is bittersweet,” Roth, 39, said in a press release announcing the sale of her family’s home of four years. “We have so many amazing memories that we’re forever grateful for.”

The house opens into an entryway with floating shelves and leads to a formal dining room with a fireplace.

A home office with an en suite bathroom doubles as a first-floor bedroom.

In the bonus room, behind a bookcase, there’s a hidden speakeasy with a wet bar that opens to the backyard. It features a pool, a cedar hot tub and an outdoor shower.

A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck.

In the covered terrace with a pass-through window off the kitchen, a wall-mounted cabinet conceals three TVs. The kitchen features custom Viking appliances, a wine fridge and an island with seating. There’s a breakfast nook and a butler’s pantry.

The kitchen flows into the open living room.

Upstairs is the primary suite, which has a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace and a luxurious bathroom with marble countertops, two TVs and a vintage soaking tub.

Two laundry rooms, three HVAC zones, heated porcelain tile flooring downstairs, a Savant Smart Home System with 17 speaker zones and 16 TV zones controlled by a phone app and monitored security system.

A five-and-a-half-car garage rounds out the offering.

Kevin Via of Compass has the listing.

Roth, who is expecting her second child, said she and her family are relocating to Utah, where she’s been involved in the real estate market there for almost a decade.

“We’ll be trading sounds of the ocean and sand for our snowboards and hiking trails,” she said, adding she “can’t wait to share our new home, designs and more.”
