HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your order.
2. Upon completion of your order, send us a message with a clear, well-lit image of your pet. (If you have questions regarding the photo you'd like to use, feel free to send us a message!)
3. If you would like your pet's name added to the bottom of the label, please add a note in the personalization box.
4. Your personalized keepsake will be created just for you and professionally packaged to avoid damage during transit.

If your photo is horizontal, the text will be placed underneath the photo. Text will be placed on the side of the image for vertical photos. (Please review product photos.)

Please note that we do not accept returns for this item as each product is custom made to order.
