I love this pressure washer. The unit as delivered was well packed and was easy to put together. I found the Quick Start Guide with its 19 steps, with diagrams, detailed enough to do the assembly quickly. There is also a more detailed Unpacking and Assembly section in the manual and some might prefer using that. The only minor flaw in the instructions referred to the blue garden hose connector (so the user wouldn't mix it up with the pressure hose connector) but both connectors were silver. It was still easy to get them in their proper places.
This review is based on my use of the AR383SS only. It's my first pressure washer and I have never used any other. I did not want the hassle of maintaining a gasoline engine but I was worried that an electric one would not be powerful enough. Not to worry. The 0 degree nozzle stripped the paint from my cement patio so I can't imagine needing something more powerful. There are four nozzles included and I would have liked more info in the manual on the types of jobs that each nozzle is best suited for. However, there are a number of introductory videos on YouTube that were helpful in this regard. Now it's so much fun to get things cleaned up I keep looking for more projects.
The high pressure hose is rather stiff. It is stored on a small reel at the top of the machine. It has to be completely removed for use and rewound for storage with both steps being somewhat awkward. In between jobs I coil it and hang it on the machine and only for storage do I put it back on the reel. During use the pressure hose, garden hose and electric cord make for a lot of potential tangles. I inadvertently wound up kinking the pressure hose causing the rubber coating to split and the inner core to spring a leak. The hose is still useable since the leak is small but I called the help number to get their advice. A new hose was sent to me at no charge despite the fact that this was definitely my error. Very impressed with good customer service.
I like the on/off dial on the front of the machine. When turned to ON the pump runs for a few seconds to pressurize the system, then shuts off. The pump only runs when the trigger on the spray gun is squeezed. The pump is reasonably quiet, nothing like a gas engine, but it's nice that it doesn't run continuously.
When I decided that I wanted a pressure washer I checked the local sores, then bought from Amazon based on price and reviews. Great decision with no regrets.

Less than a years use and it's dead!
Update: I have used this pressure washer pretty extensively since buying last March. I mean cleaning a deck, patios, washing cars, etc. actually I want used it part of last year because I had a heart attack and had to have bypass surgery. So feeling better I decided to break it out this year to clean the bird droppings off the patio that were bothering me and it died ! That's it! $170 and I have a very ugly paperweight. Now obviously I'm kicking myself for not buying a pressure washer that had more than just a one year warranty or an extended warranty. Amazon won't stand behind it and I reached out to the company in Minnesota will see how they respond. But, in all honesty ..... wouldn't you expect an item this expensive to have more than one year warranty? Or perhaps even last longer than one year? Anyway that's my experience I'm disappointed if you're going to buy one of these you might want to consider extended warranty.After having problems with the first pressure washer that I bought with missing parts i'm very happy to receive this and for the weather to be nice enough for me to start cleaning things. All in all I am pretty satisfied with this unit it does when I expected it to do. It's perhaps a little more time-consuming than I thought it would be I thought they would be enough pressure that I would just blast all the crud off of my patio but it has to be done in small sections at a time. That said it's not really a big deal. The one thing I wish the owners manual was little more detailed. I want to use this to wash my car as well but I'm still not sure what Mausel I would use for that! It would be nice if they gave examples of what the 25° nozzle should be used for with the 0° nozzle should be used for, etc. a lot of people were just using this for the first time like me So I don't have a complete understanding of how to use it. I'm sure once the learning curve is over it'll be fine I just want to remove the paint on my car in the process ha ha. Assembly was very easy from what I can tell the handles on the unit don't telescope so it's a little low for a tall guy who pull but again no big deal. As you can see by the picture it did a very good job on my patio. Actually has very surprised to find my patio was so dirty after just a year but now I can make it look brand-new again. I'm looking forward to using this on a rental home that I have to clean the siding, the fence and wash my car. I think this is a worthwhile purchase if you don't need something as elaborate as a big gas pressure washer.

First, I can lift it in and out of a vehicle so I'm able to take it to our business or my folks. It hooks to the hose without a problem. The electrical cord is long as it the water hose. It is very easy to get to the water filter for cleaning, and it's easy to make sure the wash tips are clean.
When you’re done washing you just spray the machine down, turn the switch off and turn the water off..... Unhook the hose, wind the electrical cord around the hooks on the machine and then I detach the nozzle wand, put it in its holder and stretch out the water hose and then wind it onto the spool provided on the machine.
This is just an easy to use, great machine that has plenty of PSI... enough that I could peal the wood if I wasn't careful. I would recommend the AR without reservation.... The pictures show what a great job the AR did. The deck was even nicer when it dried.

Just power washed two large decks and a patio without a problem. I love tools.... especially power tools when you can immediately see progress. My husband just shakes his head because I have a 3000 psi and 2100 psi gas powered pressure washers and I bought an electric one. The problem with the two gas washers is I have to ask someone to get it started. No matter what I do I can never get either to start so every time I run out of fuel I need help.
