Troy Deeney has been sacked as Forest Green Rovers head coach after just six matches in charge of the League Two club.
Deeney was appointed as Forest Green boss on December 20, after the club parted company with David Horseman.
The former striker, who held the role as a player-manager, did not win any of his six games in charge of the League Two club.
Earlier on Thursday, Deeney was handed a four-game touchline ban and fined £1,500 after being sent off during the League Two fixture with Swindon Town in December.
Forest Green lost the game 2-1 with Deeney dismissed in the closing stages...
