Actor Drake Bell is headed for the slammer.

The 30-year-old Nickelodeon star will serve four days in prison after being convicted a second time for driving under the influence in December 2015, TMZ reported.

Bell was cited by Glendale PD after he was spotted weaving in and out of traffic at 55 mph in a 35 mph zone around 2:25 a.m. on Dec. 21. The officer who stopped him reported a strong smell of alcohol coming from his vehicle and he then failed a field sobriety test.

He paid $20,000 bail to be released after his arrest.

The “Drake and Josh” star is serving the minimum sentence for the single charge of driving under the influence within 10 years of a previous DUI offense.

Bell was busted for his first DUI back in 2009 while in San Diego. In 2005, the actor was involved in a serious car crash injuring his neck and jaw, People reported.

The Santa Ana native starred in the Nick series “Drake and Josh” from 2004 to 2007. He also had a reoccurring role on Amanda Bynes’ variety show “The Amanda Show.”

Bell is also a musician with three studio albums.
