Kathie Lee Gifford doesn’t have much of a sense of humor – at least when it comes to herself.

The talk show host wasn’t amused by a “Saturday Night Live” skit that poked fun at Gifford’s work as co-host of the “Today” show‘s fourth hour.

In the sketch, “SNL” comedian Kristen Wiig portrayed Gifford as a drunk and deluded cornball who keeps making cringe-worthy sex jokes about husband Frank Gifford.

Wiig continues to push the envelope by making fun of Lee’s florid singing voice.

When Wiig-as-Gifford starts warbling towards the end of the five-minute skit, members of the show’s musical guest act, The Black Eyed Peas, have to give the host a “Boom Boom Pow.”

Fergie punches her in the head and Apl.de.ap jumps on her Hulk Hogan-style, while Taboo smacks her with his new line of signature sneakers.

While the skit had audiences laughing, Gifford wasn’t smiling about it on this morning’s “Today” show.

“Everyone seems to enjoy it,” Gifford sniffed. “But I don’t think it’s that funny.”

She added, I think I’m going to sue [Wiig] for ruining my song!”

Before the segment ended, Gifford got in the last word. “Can’t she get another job?” the co-host asked. “Go off and do something else?”
