UPDATED:

The 2022 Oscar nominees span the globe, from the tennis courts in Compton to Belfast, Ireland, from the streets of New York to a desert planet.

Kristin Stewart wore a tiara and Jessica Chastain wore a mountain of makeup. Andrew Garfield fought for his future and Javier Bardem fought for his wife. Troy Kotsur signed and Ariana deBose sang.

And at Sunday’s Academy Awards, all will be celebrated.
