Green European Travel Scholarship

NTU is committed to working towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, enabling a sustainable culture and reducing our environmental impact. One of the most effective ways we can do this is to reduce our carbon emissions.

NTU Global is now offering the Green European Travel Scholarship, which awards £250 to encourage students to:

  • participate in a European overseas sustainability project and / or
  • travel to their European placement, study abroad, exchange, conference, short course country in a sustainable way.

This could be:

  1. reducing emissions from transport both in the UK and your host country
  2. reducing air pollution by travelling to, and around, your host country by train, ferry, bus, tram, electric vehicles, including visiting other European countries
  3. getting involved in sustainable projects in your host country.

Any questions should be sent to Faye Martin at mobilityfunding@ntu.ac.uk
