OUKITEL RT8 è indubbiamente un tablet fuori dagli schermi, che non bada a peso e dimensioni ma che sa offrire un’autonomia davvero impressionante unita a prestazioni sempre all’altezza. Il tutto con un occhio di riguardo alla durabilità e la semplicità di utilizzo. Se vi serve un dispositivo da usare senza averne particolare cura, in cantiere, in ambienti produttivi, ma anche in casa, la soluzione di OUKITEL è davvero perfetta.

Throughout the review, I constantly needed to remind myself that the cost of this tablet is $300. It’s rugged, built to military standards, has a genuine night vision camera, microSD support, Wi-Fi 5, a decent SoC, outstanding battery life, and good support for charging protocols. Overall, I’m very pleased with the Oukitel RT8 tablet.

Designed for the outdoors, the Oukitel RT8 Rugged Tablet bucks the trend for not-so-tough, tough tablets. The design is solid and well-refined, and when used outdoors in the wind and rain, the tablet proves to be a solid companion, with a decent camera added to the mix. The processing and graphics power are somewhat limited in use, but for viewing media, accessing, and updating documents and emails, this tablet is more than sufficient and, in fact, excels when you consider the price.

For $299.99, you can stick a data SIM in this and not worry about getting on Wi-Fi, which could be useful when traveling and public Wi-Fi is unavailable or just plain terrible, as was the case with a recent trip on the Eurostar. With laptops and Ultrabooks getting ever smaller and lighter, and smartphone screens getting ever larger, it becomes increasingly difficult to justify lugging around a tablet. However, with the included mobile data option, it does become an enticing choice for media consumption with Full HD support at a low price point. Let's not forget the massive battery this thing has too. At 20,000mAh, it will get you through the day and charge your other devices like wireless headphones and your smartphone. What more can I say? Of all the Android tablets I've tested over the years, the Oukitel RT8 has probably been the most impressive. Yes, it's big and heavy. No, it might not be the fastest tablet on the market. No, it doesn't support Android 14 (yet). However, between the battery life, the display, the above-average performance, and the low introductory price, the Oukitel RT8 is an outstanding device that could serve you well for some time, especially if you use such devices in less-than-ideal situations.

ARM Mali-G57 MP2:

Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.
