Eligible businesses or individuals must be based in or have a work location in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano, Lake, or Mendocino Counties. Please note there is a separate form for a Business or Individual Nomination.

Eligibility Requirements for Individual Leader Nominations:
● A North Bay diverse business leader who is making a difference in the business world.
● A North Bay diverse business leader who consistently goes above and beyond in their workplace.
● A North Bay diverse business leader whose work has sustained positive social impact.
Nominees must be based in or have a location in the North Bay Area: Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano, Lake or Mendocino Counties.
Only one nomination is needed. Judging is based on the quality of the individual, not the quantity of nominations. Please include new and different information if multiple nominations are planned for the same business or company.
