NJ LEEP works to close the educational equity gap by partnering with first-generation and low-income students to build skills and offer experiences to achieve their college and career ambitions.
100% of NJ LEEP students graduate high school, 99% of them enroll in college and 74% of NJ LEEP alumni have graduated from college within six years of high school graduation.
Students participate in grade-specific curriculums focusing on English/Language Arts, math, writing, critical thinking, debate and STEM. Students grow their self-confidence, communication, self-advocacy and other critical life skills needed for success in college and career. Throughout their time at NJ LEEP, students gain meaningful career exposure through field trips and internships.

Middle School
Focuses on social-emotional learning, building academic foundations, experiential learning, STEM enrichment and building a college going identity.

High School
Teaches social-emotional skills including time management, financial literacy, communication and more. Ongoing writing and other academic skill building, standardized test prep, debate program and full support in the college application and decision process.

Support with the college transition, connections to resources on campus, ongoing professional development webinars, networking and social events.
