The latest installment of “Hard Knocks” premiered Tuesday night, giving an inside look at operations in the Giants facility this offseason.
For New York, part of this spring included dealing with the aftermath of losing Saquon Barkley to the Eagles. Tuesday’s episode included the Giants’ front office considering potential replacements for the star running back, and one was Austin Ekeler.
