Throughout Tim Ennis’ high school career, it was almost a given that he was going to play great, and make it look effortless, in every single game.
But in this game, the last of his career on Scotch Plains-Fanwood’s home floor, it was not easy. Ennis was relatively quiet in a first set loss and if the Raiders were to mount a comeback, he would need to be the star of it. Throughout the next 45 minutes and change, Ennis performed at the type of level that has put him on a pedestal of being one of the best players in New Jersey history.
