RaeKwon Noel always looks podium-ready.
The Highland senior closed out his sparling scholastic career with two more medals in the NJSIAA Meet of Champions at Gloucester Tech in Deptford. Noel placed fifth in the 200-yard freestyle and fourth in the butterfly to bow out as one of the Tartans greatest swimmers, if not athletes of all time.
