The 2023-24 N.J. wrestling campaign is in the books and that calls for one more release of our pound-for-pound rankings.

We drop them three times per season – at the beginning of the new year, before the district tournament and following the state tournament. All three have been different, but one trend has remained the same and that’s the wave of returning wrestlers.
