Over the last few years, Watchung Hills’ Anna Moesch was widely regarded as the best swimmer in New Jersey, and one of the best in the country.
She’s muscled head-turning times since her freshman year, but was unfortunately sidelined twice ahead of the NJSIAA Meet of Champions.
