For seniors, the individual championships marks the final high school meet of their careers. For Emma Gentile of Middletown South, there was only one way to end a successful career.
In 2021 as a sophomore, Gentile won gold on vault at the Central Jersey, Section I meet. After missing time last season with an illness, Gentile returned for her final season and took an even bigger step.
