The brother of a gravestone dealer charged in three states with defrauding customers has been indicted on a charge alleging similar behavior in New Jersey.

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted Jerry J. Stefan, 49, of Gladwyne, Pennsylvania, on June 26 on a charge that he accepted a $5,054 payment from a widow in Deptford last year, but never produced a gravestone for her late husband.
