Initially, the shop was very good with flexibility and scheduling, accommodating my availability without any problems. Unfortunately, there's been a bit of an issue with management. We don't have a permanent manager, which has impacted the scheduling. As a result, my hours are not as great as they used to be. They have a very specific way of running things in the store, which is great to have, but when everyone does it different it makes things complicated.
