Entry Level Employee: I like the variety that the job offers. Not only am I a barista, but I also work in the kitchen as a cook, wash dishes, manage the register, do food portions, clean, restock, and more. It’s a valuable experience that everyone should have, especially since they can get it all at one job. One thing I would change is the register layout. When a new item is added to the menu, it seems to re-arrange the rest of the items on the register. Considering that it took a while to learn how to navigate the register, this is inconvenient because it feels like you have to re-learn it over and over. However, I also acknowledge that there are a lot of menu items, so it’s going to be difficult regardless.
