Senior Employee: Working at Freebirds has allowed for me to gain experience through an easy starter job. Although this is not my first job but my second, I have found that this is a great job to properly introduce young adults to real world workplaces. We have a clear management system in place and a great team that communicates well, flexible scheduling to accommodate school and outside engagements, and the tribe members are some of the most welcoming and friendliest people you will meet.
I have been working for the company for about a year and a half now, I have trained new tribe members as well as location transfers. Watching my peers gain new found life skills is valuable and doing it in such a friendly environment is crucial.
Like many other companies, there are changes. However, with Freebirds, these changes are easily adaptable and creates a low stress occupation. RM will occasionally come in and evaluate the team to ensure maximum productivity keeping the job enjoyable.... Read 8 reviews
