My coworkers are the best! Even my supervisor is really great. I had an issue with one employee in particular. I expressed my concerns with her and the situation was handled professionally and quickly. They're always there if I need help and don't mind answering questions. Someone is always willing to help anyone who needs help. Plus they LOVE bringing food in for everyone to enjoy. They have a very inclusive environment. I didn't get any States or side-eyes when I said I was married to a woman. Everyone's experience and knowledge is welcome. I don't feel like there's any competition between employees... Only equal ground. That makes things so much easier!
Very fast-paced and interacted with diverse patients. Learned about processing the samples and ensuring that specimens are sent to the lab correctly.
Its not like a hospital where I worked. I had more options to learn at the hospital but this place is not as motile or flexible with their options.
