The staff is overall great in the Northwell Health community! I would just express that the pay is low compared to other companies and the pay is not worth the amount of work being done sometimes in my position.
A company with a CEO who has a pulse on the entire organization. A leader who is recognized nationally for his forward thinking makes Northwell a clear choice to practice medicine and to help deliver cutting edge, community focused care.
Working for Northwell CEMS overall is good but it comes with it's headaches. The management at CEMS likes to showcase their authority more so than actually listen to what we need help with. Complaints and even advice/solutions are often made and suggested, just to be thrown out or never spoken of again.
