The workplace is ethical and offers fair work-life with many compensation for being a worker. It is too competitive though and people get laid off too often.
Johnson and Johnson is a great company that offers a lot of assistance to employees. I get plenty of PTO, some tuition assistance, wonderful benefits, and a bunch of coworkers that are there to support each other and raise each other up. I love working here.
Excellent atmosphere for any level of employee. A life credo and values that live up to my own. Integrity is key with J&J. A company that stands behind its employees and supports health, personal growth and career growth. I have fifteen years with J&J now, with no intentions of leaving!
