IBM Reviews

IBM used to be great place to work back in 1990-2010 era! However after Rometty -and her mean sidekick Krishna- came as CEO things start getting only worse. Cost cuts everywhere, layoffs, terrorizing employees by pointless audits and process controls, while the company is impacted heavily by clearly visible, upper management mistakes, etc. Salaries are behind the market. Educations are significantly cut over the past decades. I recommend IBM for a career starter, as the brand name still looks good in an engineering cv. But IBM is far not the company like it was decades ago. :-(
One of IBM's key strengths lies in its extensive portfolio of solutions and services. From cloud computing and artificial intelligence to data analytics and cybersecurity, IBM offers a wide range of cutting-edge technologies that help businesses stay competitive and drive digital transformation. The company's offerings are designed to address the complex challenges faced by organizations across various sectors, enabling them to enhance efficiency, make data-driven decisions, and unlock new opportunities.
3 year strategies to chase the latest shiny object; provides good benefits and fair salaries compared to peers. Every 3 years is a new product focus; typically abandoning the investment in prior products.
