I've worked for H&M for several years, they are incredibly flexible for students and have a deep understanding and respect for work/life balance. I have been lucky enough to have met my best friends while working here and will definitely miss my coworkers and managers when I leave the company. If you are full time they offer good benefits and well-rounded insurance place, additionally, they recognize your birthday as paid holiday! Which is always nice to know!
I love my workplace environment, such as who I work with and my managers. I am grateful for a safe and friendly environment that makes me want to come to work. I also like how we have wellness hours available, as well as birthday and vacation hours that we can request off. Something I would like to see change is the expectations of workers from the upper management, or the bosses of our boss. They should be more understanding of every store's circumstances and why sometimes it can't always be up to their standard. We have to work with what we have.
The work environment is very good, kind people with a culture focused on improvement and community care. Job pay was low for amount of work you do, extreme expectations that lead to high turnover
