Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The training is very long and not very exciting, I would like to see a better way of training employees. The work to worker training is okay but no one seems to have been trained how to train people. Everyone seems very sure of what they're doing and is more than capable of answering questions I just think some information could have been off given before it got to the point where I had to ask.
For this being my first job I learned a lot from this company. Not just about sales and marketing but, also about what I can do and what I’m good at. Footlocker has taught me a lot when it comes to the sales and business world as well like certain expectations along with different styles of presenting.
Foot Locker has its ups and downs, with more downs than ups. While at this workplace you meet a bunch of great people, you get a sense of comfort ability and excitement, not to mention the discount. I just feel like when working at foot locker the management and work load becomes too much because of managers not handling it the right way or following protocol.
