I enjoy working at the Loft and assisting customers find the clothing and accessories that make them feel good about themselves and how they look and feel. Ascena retail group is flexible with hours and will let me work during school breaks and occasional weekends when I am home from College. I have worked in more than one location to pick up a few hours and management has been agreeable to allow me to work in more than one store. I am a part-time employee so not eligible for benefits.
Working at Justice was the first job for me. It was a really good starter job and I enjoyed it very much. I did feel a little stressed out working there, but nothing I couldn't handle. I did customer service and register along with some stocking.
I work for the justice branch of ascena and love it. My managers are fantastic and the work environment is great. However the company itself is very stingy on hours and is not always looking out for the best of their employees during customer employee fights.
