As part of open house I visited and enjoyed some of the teaching as I participated in class room activities and short lessons they had prepared to give as part of open house. The way the physics, English and History was taught - interactive, with discussions was wonderful. The history teacher actually has a very wonderful method of teaching - by showing political cartoons and the discussions are based around that. I also heard that the food is great! Senior: BC High was overall a really great experience. It has an amazing faculty and staff. There are countless opportunities to get involved within your community and the school. The volunteering opportunities, service immersion trips, retreats, and all Campus Ministry programs are incredible. I have had a great experience getting ready for college as well. The guidance counselors do a great job at helping your preparation and decision-making, and they do a great job being there for you through anything and everything. The people that I met were so supportive and helpful. There weren't any boundaries between grades, so making friends and meeting new people is very easy.
