My overall experience been excellent. The instructors do an amazing job at teaching the material given and are are available if you have any questions or are struggling. They help make accommodations that you may need and are extremely welcoming and willing to listens to issues faced by students. They also consistently ask for feedback as to how they can improve their teaching methods. The SCC campus is always well kemp and has a good amount of greenery adding a sense of serenity and peacefulness to the environment.
Surry County Schools has the best academics and athletics I believe over most of North Carolina. The academics prepare students for higher education from the start. The athletics are always entertaining. I believe we have the best and hardest division of athletics in North Carolina.
It’s a really good County with nice people who definitely look out for each other. My experience here has prepared me to further my education and I am ready to take that step.
