Novi provides diversity, culture, academics and music and sports experiences unmatched to most schools. Novi continues to push the students to be the best they can be, both in and out of the classroom. Novi also provides opportunities outside of the "norm" and allow all students to find a perfect fit for them, whether it's gardening club, gaming club, French club, SADD and many more. There is something for everyone at Novi. Our diverse culture allows for friendships to be made across cultures you can't find at neighboring schools. This diverse culture also pushes our schools to teach for a global view and to think beyond ourselves. Novi has continued to push me to do my best with all the AP & IB classes, along with health classes such as Yoga. I believe I am a well-rounded student and hope that more students take advantage to take classes beyond the "college-prep" and work to be well-rounded and ready for college.
Overall I would say my experience at Novi High School has been great. This school district has opened up so many opportunities for me that I at first didn't even know existed. This school truly prepares its students for college and is just top-notch in academics. When it comes to culture and diversity they lack a bit in that area. The diversity in classrooms could be better but other than that everything else is great.
