I enjoy going to Croatan High School. My classes are engaging and there is a wide variety to choose from. I’m on the varsity wrestling team and my coaches and teammates are all hardworking and encouraging.
The best part of Croatan is the staff is helpful and does their best to make sure students succeed. My teachers will come before school or stay after to help me with material I may not understand. It shows student success is important to them.
Turning work in on time is important at Croatan High School. It’s the one thing that I don’t like, but understand the need for. Deadlines are critical to follow and many teachers do not waiver, even if you are an athlete with out-of-town games or have a part time job. School work remains a priority.

Croatan High School fosters a stringent setting for academics. I'm not sure what lower performing students do to survive the atmosphere, and unfortunately it seems little concern is given to such students. My time was positive as it prepared me well for school, but the adults filling teacher and administration roles left much to be desired in their conduct.
Fantastic experience, great teachers and staff that care about their students and a great selection of classes
