Cypress Bay High School Reviews

I loved Cypress Bay High School. Regrettably, I just saw half my junior and senior years there. Even though i was there for much less than the average student I enjoyed my time and made the most out of it. The faculty was super nice to me at almost all times(especially the ESOL department), and the classes were diverse since you got to pick both the level and the class, making it super nice to discover or specialize in certain topics. I did get involved in a couple of clubs during that time, yet it was never my main focus, but I still enjoyed the planned activities.{, Overall Cypress Bay High School is an excellent school that I would recommend to any and every student or parent!
I will be doing a review of Cypress Bay High School by going through my experience year by year. During my freshman year, I was doing online school due to Covid-19. However, I believe I received the best education possible despite my limited abilities to learn through a computer. Moving onto my sophomore year, it was my first time on the campus. That year, however, was quite hard for me to adjust as it had been a while since I went to in-person classes. Now onto my junior year, this year is considered an important year for students as you take the SAT. One thing I would've appreciated is if my teachers prepared us better for the SAT as I had to do my own preparations for the most part. Lastly, my senior year came along. I applied to universities after doing my own research. I wish our teachers would better prepare us for applications and college in general.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Cypress Bay High School and don't have many complaints.

My overall experience with the school is mostly positive. I believe it is one of the better schools in south Florida and Florida in general. I think the best parts of this school is that it excels with college readiness, the school offers multiple college level courses and resources that help prepare us for the next step in our academic journey. Their isn't many big negative experiences worth mentioning. The school is great overall.
