The Academy of Christian Education was established in 1996. ACE is located in Reston, VA and serves families from the greater Northern Virginia area. We currently offer preschool through tenth grade.

After many years of praying, researching, and listening to parent feedback, ACE is thrilled to announce our expansion and the addition of our high school. Tenth grade will be offered in the fall of 2024. ACE will continue to add a grade each subsequent year, and by 2026, we will proudly offer preschool through twelfth grade.

ACE will continue to uphold and encourage academic excellence, while also developing robust extracurricular activities. Students will be afforded diverse service and leadership opportunities through clubs, a new athletic program, missions work, and student government.

We are grateful to serve the Northern Virginia community where we empower our students to learn, lead, and serve. Welcome to The Academy of Christian Education!

We transferred our son to ACE in the middle of the year to the PreK 4 class. We couldn't be happier. The teachers are exceptional, tailoring their approach to meet each student's needs. Our son quickly caught up with his peers and was able to read at the age of 4, along with doing math and social studies. His favorite class was STEAM. The school also offers computer and art classes. ACE has a great way to approach advanced learning and teaching without overwhelming the kids, making learning fun and engaging. We feel very safe at ACE, and communication with parents is consistently excellent. The administrators and principal know each student and family personally and are actively involved. We highly recommend the education and experience at ACE.

Great environment! Loving and caring teachers and staff. Our children are seen and loved. The principal is very approachable and knows each students needs and has good communication with teachers. They really work as a team to provide the best educational experience for the students.
As for the community, it is very diverse and welcoming to new families.
The only thing I wish the school had is a green area where students had contact with nature during recess. Otherwise, facilities are great, spaces are bright, neat, colorful, and very appropriate for kids. Playground is a hit!
Last, but not least, ACE excels giving the Christian foundation in education. Bible is a subject, not a side activity. And in every other subject the Godly perspective is incorporated, as lessons end up with a message about how can we apply what we learned in our Christian life, or why did God created thing this way, etc.
So far, we are so happy we chose ACE for our three girls. And they couldn’t be happier!

The curriculum is strong, with students working above grade level in many subjects. Teachers set high expectations and then help each child achieve those goals in a warm and nurturing environment. Each day students’ folders are filled with the work that they have completed so that parents can be informed of their child’s progress. Any obstacles are handled at early stages and the child is treated with the utmost respect every step of the way. The emphasis on STEAM is helping to prepare students for a successful future. Every member of the staff knows each kid--not only their names, but their individual personalities. Additional benefits of ACE include smaller class sizes, character development, a uniform that minimizes drama in the mornings, responsive staff, and an exceptional facility. I am confident that my children have a strong educational foundation and love of learning that will serve them well going forward.
