Human Services is an ever changing profession and you have to be flexible and willing to adapt to the changes. You also have to be willing to work with every person despite what your personal feelings may be. This is a serving position that will bring you in front of every situation you may think of you have to be willing and ready to adapt and make a change in someones life for their better. Human service is all about teaching clients self efficacy.
This is a great way to become qualified in many areas of the Human Services field, such as Social Work, Substance Abuse counseling, Disability and Rehabilitations fields, etc.
