Those in the top 10 percent make over $130,000 a year, while the bottom 10 percent make under $20,000 a year. While salary ranges can vary by role, industry, and location, fine arts graduates typically make between $32,600 and $85,000 per year.

How popular is fine arts as a major?

Each year, around 590 students obtain a bachelor’s degree and around 120 students obtain an associate degree in fine arts. In 2021, 397 students received a bachelor's degree and 117 students received an associate degree. This is 21% fewer fine arts majors than there were in 2020. Fine arts is a relatively popular major compared to other art majors.
